SHIPPING CRITERIA

  • Upon placing a Cash on Delivery order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Department to ensure order accuracy & confirmation. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipping.

  • All the products ordered take 3-5 working days.

  • The customer/s will be informed by our team through an email or a call if there's any delay in delivery due to unforeseeable circumstances / issue with the product.

  • There are no delivery charges on the orders above Rs 5000. However the customers will be charged Rs 200 as delivery charges on orders below Rs 5000.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • No cash refund.

  • Item must be exchanged within 7 days of date of purchase with the original invoice / receipt. 

  • If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with Customer Service Team through Contact Us Form or call us on +92-333-3800517 as soon as possible with your order number. 

  • The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.

  • In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason of dissatisfaction. 

  • For reasons of hygiene, exchange of underwear and inner wear items will not be accepted.

  • Item purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.

 

Note: If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.

  • Fashion Secret does not take responsibility of damage because of improper usage of garment.  

  • Exchange policy is not applicable to items on promotion/sale. Please note that the Cash on Delivery charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

  • Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

  • HOW WILL I KNOW IF ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

  • Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call, email and text message from fashionsecr.com this mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

  • DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER PHONE?

  • Yes. We do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash on Delivery only as well as Credit / Debit Cards.

  • I TRIED PLACING ORDER USING MY CREDIT CARD BUT IT ISN'T WORKING. CAN YOU HELP ME PLACE AN ORDER?

  • I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.

  • The expected timelines are as below:

  • Net Banking 2-4 business days

  • Debit Card 5-7 business days

  • Credit Card 7-21 business days

  • I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NET BANKING BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO FASHIONSECR.COM CREDITS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT?

  • In case your order is not successful and the payment has been deducted from your account and money has been credited to our account, we would proactively initiate refund within 3 days.

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • Your order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you a sms with your tracking details. Please check your spam and old sms- for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Service Team through Contact Us Form or call us on +92-333-3800517 as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any fashionsecr.com Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.

  • I GOT A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR MY ORDER. WHY IS THAT?

  • You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

  • CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER FOR AN ITEM(S)?

  • In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to fashionsecret1985@gmail.com with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

  • I AM PLACING AN ORDER AS A GIFT TO MY LOVED ONE. WILL SHE RECEIVE THE PRICE TAGS AND INVOICE?

  • Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if you face any problem.

  • HOW DO I DO A TRIAL OF THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

  • We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re- salable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. For more information please check our Return Policies

  • Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our Exchange Policy for details.
